Works deliciously well with our Gran Palo 67 dark chocolate, which brings a rich and creamy presence.

We tasted and purchased these peppers whole, direct from the grower, in the much-loved San Ignacio market in Belize.  We bought as many as we could carry, and processed them further at the workshop.
