Sisters A. Chocolate 75% Peru with Jamaican Spiced Rum 58g

To create this chocolate, we gently roasted Peruvian cocoa beans and then aged them in Canerock Jamaican Spiced rum. After aging, the alcohol has completely evaporated, leaving the chocolate with a subtle aroma and flavor notes of rum.

Flavor profile:  Spicy and multifaceted chocolate with notes of spices, vanilla, and rum.

Ingredients: cocoa beans (Peru), unrefined cane sugar, unrefined cocoa butter, Canerock Jamaican Spiced Rum.
