Chocolate 75%, aged in whiskey.

Together with Wine Time, we chose the island single malt Dewar Rattray Cask Islay and aged Peruvian cocoa beans from the San Martin region in it. Then they were dried and made into chocolate. The alcohol evaporated, leaving the aroma and taste of the whiskey in the chocolate.

Ingredients:  cocoa beans (Peru), unrefined cane sugar, cocoa butter, Dewar Rattray Cask Islay single malt whiskey.
