Sisters A. Chocolate 73% Madagascar with Orange Zest & Fennel 65g

Madagascar cocoa, Italian fennel and Spanish oranges come together in chocolate.
Chocolate and citrus notes combined with the sweet, fresh taste of fennel immediately captivate with their aroma.

For this chocolate bar, we used cocoa beans from Madagascar from the Tsarafandray smallholder cooperative.

We prepare the orange zest ourselves: we cut off an extremely thin layer of orange peel, which keeps it from becoming bitter and remains soft.

Ingredients:  cocoa beans, unrefined cane sugar, cocoa butter, orange peel, fennel seeds, orange essential oil.
