PARADAi Trang 65% with Lemongrass Infusion 50g

This single origin chocolate from PARADAi, made with cocoa from the Trang region of Thailand, has a cocoa content of 65%.

The dry-ripened lemongrass is used only as an infusion, then removed from the chocolate. This creates a particularly natural, subtle aroma.

The bar was awarded Silver at the International Chocolate Awards2021/22 World Finals.
