PARADAi Phuket 70% with White Flower Infusion 50g

This dark single estate chocolate from Paradai, made with cocoa from the Phuket region of Thailand, has a cocoa content of 70%. 

The cocoa comes from a single cocoa farm in Phuket, where Warit, one of the two founders, grew up. His mother is the cocoa farmer, cultivating the cocoa alongside many other crops using natural methods. 

Jasmine and orange blossoms contribute to the chocolate’s flavoUr. During production, the blossoms were infused into the chocolate and then removed.

This creates a particularly natural and subtle aroma.

The chocolate won gold medals at the  International Chocolate AwardsWorld Finals in 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Cocoa beans, whole cane sugar
