PARADAi Nakhon Si Thammarat 65% with Palo Infusion 50g

This dark single-origin chocolate from PARADAi , made with cocoa from the Nakhon Si Thammarat region of Thailand, has a cocoa content of 65%.

Delicate cocoa aromas blend with the warm, complex notes of the traditional Thai Palo spice blend. Typical aromas such as cinnamon, star anise, and other gently spicy nuances lend the chocolate depth and elegance without overpowering the character of the cocoa.

The spices were used only as an infusion, steeped in the chocolate and then removed.

This results in a particularly natural, subtle aroma without any spice pieces or overpowering spice.

The chocolate was recognized at the  International Chocolate Awards 2021/22 World Finals. PARADAi achieved a score of 90 points with this chocolate, securing the silver medal. It also won the special “Gastronomic” award.
