This light oat chocolate with liquorice is a creamy dairy-free vegan chocolate sprinkled with sea salt and liquorice granules.

The Nordic, gluten-free and organic oats are ground in their own mill for the best results.

The chocolate contains 20% less sugar than traditional milk chocolate and has a sweet and mild taste with a smooth texture that stands in interesting contrast to the salty, crunchy liquorice.

This chocolate is sustainably produced in Umeå where the cocoa beans are slowly roasted and stone ground. The cocoa is purchased from cooperatives in Ecuador and Peru where Nordic Chocolate have established personal collaborations for many years.
