Nordic Chocolate Meadowsweet 70% 90g

Through our chocolate we want to showcase the rich cultural heritage found in Västerbotten.

Meadowsweet grows wild in the fields under the midnight sun and has traditionally been used for medicinal purposes as well as a flavoring. The meadowsweet (elkwort) flowers are picked in Västerbotten when they bloom and the raw food is dried locally by BärandeProdukter.

A lovely floral taste with distinct notes of bitter almond gives a different and exciting chocolate.
