Mellow 70% Sea Salt, Kattegat 53g

A generous chocolate bar with mineral-rich sea salt flakes. We get the cocoa beans for this bar from the social cooperative Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania. Handmade, gently toasted and slowly concentrated, enhancing the natural qualities of cocoa. When the chocolate is temperate and in the mold we add unrefined mineral sea salt from the Kattegasea.

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, cane sugar and sea salt.
