Mellow 70% Kokoa Kamili, Tanzania 53g

A gentle chocolate bar with flavor notes of apricot, coffee and tangerine. We pick up the cocoa beans from the Kokoa Kamili social cooperative based in the Tanzanian village of Mbingu. Fermented for 6 days in 3-layer wooden boxes covered with banana leaves. Gently toasted and slowly conched to promote the natural qualities of cocoa. 

Ingredients: Cocoa beans and cane sugar.
