This is a dark chocolate focused on the purity of just two natural ingredients — cocoa beans and unrefined cane sugar. All of the processes and craft we use to make it are developed to bring out the characteristics of the single-origin cacao and to find the simple, fundamental nature of the chocolate.

Single-origin Cacao Beans. The Midnight Seventy is a small-batch chocolate, and with each new batch we craft it using a different single-origin cacao bean sourced from regions around the world. For this limited edition bar, we’ve chosen cacao from the Grand Cru de Sambirano — grown in the lush Sambirano River Valley of north-west Madagascar.
