We mark this milestone by blending the fragrant spices that are significant to the taste of traditional Pho with our signature single origin dark chocolate.

At his favorite pho stall by the Marou factory, Marou’s co-founder Samuel got inspired by the fragrant spices grilling over a wood fire. A delightful blend of cardamom, star anise, coriander, cinnamon and cloves. Each of these five elemental spices pair with cacao—but together it’s a full spectrum of flavor.
