Thanks to a well-balanced fermentation, specially designed for this cocoa content, together with cane sugar, this becomes a perfectly balanced chocolate bar. We pride ourselves on the fermentation process that has been refined for 100 years, which allows us to balance the acidity of the cocoa beans to perfection. Afterwards, we combine the cocoa mass with cane sugar. The result is a smooth, sweet, pleasant chocolate with an intense flavor of cocoa.
