Single origin bean to bar chocolate, made directly from cacao beans roasted and milled into chocolate in our factory in the Burren Mountains.

Crafted using cacao beans from Madagascar with natural taste notes of citrus, berry and floral.

Combined with Irish seaweed and a touch of sea salt.
