Bitter Love – a limited edition from Haupt Lakrits.

Slow-cooked salted liquorice surrounded by caramelized dulce chocolate flavoured with coffee, crispy cocoa nibs and "black sugar" from Okinawa.

This combination of sweetness, saltiness and bitterness offers a sophisticated meeting of contrasts. 

Ingredients 

70% dulce chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, WHOLE MILK POWDER, milk sugar, WHEY POWDER (MILK), skimmed MILK POWDER, brown sugar (2%), emulsifier (SOY LECITHIN), natural vanilla flavour, salt), syrup, wheat FLOUR, sugar, invert sugar syrup, 3.5% raw liquorice (Calabria), black sugar, coffee, cocoa nibs, ammonium chloride, colour (vegetable carbon), star anise, glazing agent (carnauba wax). Cocoa content, minimum 30.4%.
