70% dark chocolate made with cocoa from Haiti, combined with coffee beans from Jacu Coffee Roastery in Ålesund.

This bar is a collaboration with JACU coffee roasters based in Ålesund. Jacu Coffee Roastery was established in 2011. Like the jacu bird, they pick and roast only the best beans. They look for great plantations, optimal processing, and the roasting profiles which will make the most out of each bean.

Fjak blended Monte Verde Amazonas coffee from Peru with their 70% dark Haiti chocolate to make a bar that taste like an intense espresso.
