Duffy's Corazon del Ecuador Camino Verde 83%

Fine chocolate made from floral "Nacional" beans from the Camino Verde project. Duffy roasts them and stone-grinds for 60 hours in small batches. It tastes like a 70% chocolate!

Tasting Notes: Deep, warm flavours with hints of citrus, raisins and coffee.

Ingredients: Single origin cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin.
