Craft Beer meets Craft Chocolate

For those who don’t know Verdant are a huge local craft brewery, based just down the road from us here in Cornwall. People plan their holidays around visiting their many sites around the county, they are know for their strong, fruity pale ale and funky packaging. Their beer is now shipping all around the world, and there is so much local pride for these guys.

And now we have made a lightbulb chocolate bar – celebrating a new look for one of the first beers they launched, and one they can barely make enough of to keep up with demand.

Multiple development sessions later – in order to balance both the chocolate and beer experience – we have a 70% Dark chocolate bar, flavoured with the beer and with crispy ‘beer-comb’ pieces running throughout.

The tropical fruit notes of the Ponta Fingo balance beautifully with the citrus hops.

CRAFT CHOCOLATE

As with all our products, the chocolate is made from bean-to-bar in our Falmouth factory.

INGREDIENTS

Cocoa beans, unrefined sugar, Verdant lightbulb 1% (aqua, Barley, Oats, hops, yeast), Bicarbonate of soda . 70g
