Our organic Guatemalan cocoa beans, from small-farmer cooperatives in the North of Guatemala, have lovely red fruit notes. Paired with Peruvian cocoa butter, we then grind in desecrated coconut to give a creamy nutty finish, all underlined with the subtle spice of ginger.

Ingredients: Guatemalan cocoa nibs (40%), Peruvian cocoa butter (15%), desiccated coconut (15%), unrefined cane sugar (30%) crystallised ginger (sulphur dioxide). See Allergens in Bold. Store in a cool dry place.
